We had our old, heavy, wooden sliding door replaced with a double glazed aluminum framed one and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole experience was excellent. Elizabeth in the office has the patience of a saint. No matter how many curve balls we threw her way she always got back to us promptly and with very thorough answers to our many questions and changes of mind. Con was an absolute delight to deal with from the initial quote through to installation. On installation day Con and the team arrived on time and finished the job within the timeframes we had been given. And they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The after sales service has been terrific too. After installation we noticed some small marks on the frame. We alerted them to the problem the next day and within a few days Con and the boys were back out to our place to resolve the issue. I have a number of windows that will soon need replacing and I intend to engage Aluminco to do the work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Overall: great service at a competitive price.
