Amazing quality and service. Was told to expect a lot of mess and potentially damage to internal walls with replacing old sliding aluminium windows to double-glazed awning. Truthfully, I was shocked by how clean and careful the install was. The finished product is very high quality, soundproof, and insulated. Compared to other products on the market, Con and his team’s workmanship and product are of a high-end standard and very cost-efficient. Would recommend highly and have been! Thanks again for a seamless supply and install of new double-glazed windows to our 1960s home.

Con and the team were recommended to us by a family friend who had Aluminco replace their windows. They told us he’s the best in business and they were right! We had reached out to other companies before hand, and most didn’t even bother to respond even after contacting them a few times. But we immediately got a response from Aluminco, they came out to take measurements a couple of days later, and by the end of the day we had a quote in our hands. Excellent customer service, as well as craftsmanship. We are so thrilled with our brand new windows, we can already feel the difference in the temperature of the house and they look amazing as well.

After dealing with another company (where it was like pulling teeth to get basic information or a quote!), Con and his team were like a breath of fresh air. They replied straight away, organised to come out and measure, and provided a quote days later. They did the job efficiently, and the new window/door looks great. We had our old, heavy, wooden sliding door replaced with a double glazed aluminum framed one and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole experience was excellent. Elizabeth in the office has the patience of a saint. No matter how many curve balls we threw her way she always got back to us promptly and with very thorough answers to our many questions and changes of mind. Con was an absolute delight to deal with from the initial quote through to installation. On installation day Con and the team arrived on time and finished the job within the timeframes we had been given. And they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The after sales service has been terrific too. After installation we noticed some small marks on the frame. We alerted them to the problem the next day and within a few days Con and the boys were back out to our place to resolve the issue. I have a number of windows that will soon need replacing and I intend to engage Aluminco to do the work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Overall: great service at a competitive price.

Great work all round! Con, Jacob and Peter were amazing, they carefully removed a window frame from the house and then made all the fine adjustments to ensure the sliding door would be perfectly balanced with all the minor the warps and bends of the existing structure. They worked patiently and efficiently and were a pleasure to be around. Elizabeth was great with keeping in touch with the schedule and the booking, everything was done at a nice pace. Highly recommend. The sliding door was a quality build and elegant design. Looks great!
